Primer Carousel

Primer Carousel is the solution for pre-treatment of garments when using a hybrid printing technique with digital and screen printing.
Primer Carousel is in fact designed to integrate into any screen printing carousel and to be completely automatic without the need for operator intervention after the initial configuration.

From the touch screen panel you can simply set all the parameters: from the area to be pre-treated to the amount of primer to be dispensed.

The 5 precision nozzles primer the fabric in a few seconds and uniformly from the first to the last item treated.

To ensure high autonomy, Primer Carousel houses an 18-liter primer container with a pressurized circuit to ensure the absence of air bubbles.

After use, the washing system allows you to completely wash the circuit and the nozzles in a few minutes, preventing the primer from clogging them.
